Whatyou'lldo
We are currently searching for a switched on Retail Manager to oversee our brand newRamsay Pharmacy at Pindara Private Hospital. This position requiresa passionateindividual withanability to guide and lead others, drive sales, and meet KPI's.
* Coach and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and induction.
* Maintain employee work direction including base rostering,trainingand annual leave
* Create an empowering culture that enables the pharmacy and retail team to excel
Whatyou'llbring
* Ability tomanage andlead a team to achieve outcomes in line with legislative, procedural and medication safety principles
* Minimumof 2+ years'experience in a similar position
* Demonstratedcommitment to customer service, inventory control & continuous quality improvement.
* Experience inaretailpharmacy settingishighly desirable, but not essential.
Requirements
* Mustprovide aNational Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
* According to the role, Ramsay Pharmacy may requireproof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
