Business Operations Assistant
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our organization as a Business Operations Assistant. The successful applicant will provide key support to the Principal with administrative assistance and event coordination.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing input and effective support to the development, management, implementation and monitoring of business operations, systems and plans.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the Principal and other staff members;
* Coordinate events and meetings as required;
* Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
* Contribute to the development and implementation of business operations, systems and plans.
Requirements:
* Australian or New Zealand citizenship, permanent residency or valid visa with work rights;
* Working With Children Check and Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check clearance;
* Sound financial management skills, including data analysis, interpretation and reporting;
* Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills;
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
