Senior Sales Director
We are seeking a skilled Senior Sales Director to lead our national sales team and drive business growth across our portfolio of hotels.
This is a senior leadership position that requires a strategic, hands-on leader who can:
* Actively manage key accounts while leading a small team
* Grow relationships across corporate, MICE, leisure, wholesale, and trade markets
* Work in a cross-functional manner with adjacent teams to deliver integrated sales strategies that generate commercial results
The core objectives of this role include driving business growth, achieving and exceeding budget revenue expectations, developing and supporting sales talent, managing client relationships, and identifying strategic sales opportunities.
This role requires extensive experience in hotel or hospitality sales management at a senior level, proven ability to manage national accounts, and strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of sales data, CRM systems, and hotel performance metrics, and be able to travel regularly to support properties and attend industry events.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow corporate, MICE, leisure, wholesale, and inbound sales segments across all properties
* Drive new business development and secure strategic sales opportunities for regional and metro properties
* Develop, implement, and monitor property and group-wide sales plans aligned to revenue targets
* Work with hotel leadership to develop tailored sales strategies that support and align with each property's business plan
* Build and maintain strong industry and client relationships to maximise repeat business and conversion
