Regular check-ins and group training will support your development, and team meetings will help you build strong relationships with colleagues.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Sales Consultant, your main duties include:Welcome Consultations: Conduct 40-minute 1-on-1 Zoom sessions to introduce interested students and parents to our programs, explain our offerings, and schedule trial lessons.Follow-up Consultations: Conduct 20-minute 1-on-1 Zoom sessions after free trials to gather feedback, finalize enrollment, answer questions, and set students up for success.Student Follow-Up: Contact prospective students via call, text, and email during their trial week to support and engage them, following up on forms, missed lessons, and questions.Inbound Communication: Respond to inquiries via phone, chat, and email, guiding families through booking and initial questions.Outbound Outreach: Reach out to new registrants to introduce our programs, explain benefits, and encourage trial participation, demonstrating your communication skills.Training & Meetings: Complete onboarding and participate in ongoing training sessions, contributing to team discussions and improvements.Expected Work HoursMinimum of 20 hours/week in Nov, Dec, Jan; minimum of 14 hours/week in other months. Flexibility is available to suit your schedule, with calls and consultations mainly after school hours and weekends.Compensation$40/hour + Super + Bonuses.
