Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Ceramic Tiler to join a growing team based in Geraldton, WA. This is a full-time, permanent position responsible for undertaking high-quality tiling work on a variety of commercial and residential construction projects. Key Responsibilities: Read and follow detailed job instructions and project plans Prepare surfaces and apply a variety of ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone tiles to walls, floors, and other surfaces Measure, mark, cut and shape tiles using tools such as tile cutters, power saws, and hand tools Apply adhesives and grout, and ensure tiling work is aligned and level Perform basic levelling procedures and layout planning Erect scaffolding or temporary supports when required Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times Complete job checklists, time sheets and participate in toolbox meetings Follow all workplace health and safety requirements and use personal protective equipment (PPE) Skills and Experience Required: Proven experience as a Ceramic Tiler or similar role Ability to interpret plans and specifications accurately High attention to detail and quality workmanship Sound knowledge of safe work practices and WHS policies Ability to work independently and in a team environment Effective communication and a positive attitude Qualifications and Licences Required: Construction White Card (Essential) Relevant Tiling Qualifications or Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling (or equivalent experience) Current valid C Class Driver’s Licence (HR Licence desirable) High Risk Work Licence (desirable) Working Conditions: Exposure to dirty, dusty, muddy, and noisy environments May work in confined spaces and perform manual labour for extended periods Required to wear PPE and operate in high-risk environments Must be physically fit and capable of handling the demands of construction work Why Work with our client?
