Due to continued success, market demand & fast growing business, we are looking for Office Receptionist who will be the face and first point of contact for client.
Position is Full Time days per week, between Monday and Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm.
**Must have at least 2 doses of covid vaccine**
As receptionist, your duties will include but are not limited to:
Delivering 6 Star Service
Meeting and greeting clients
Managing all phone calls and mail
Providing administration and secretarial support to clients
Providing administration and secretarial support to General manager - Global
Assisting in planning and preparation of meetings, conferences, catering etc.
Assisting General Manager - Global in research, reporting and training
Opening and closing the location
Ensuring the floor is tidy and clean
Making beverages
Ideally, you and your background will have:
