This role is suitable for an experienced, high-performing operator/pit patroller with a drive for excellence and training others.Reporting to the Superintendent Mine Operations, the role will see you:Adhere to all Rio Tinto standards, policies and proceduresCoach operators on both load and ancillary equipment to increase operational efficiencyCoach team members on safe AHS behaviours, including safe loading practices and area management, safe dump interaction and pass area managementObserve operating practices and suggest improvements to drive productivity with a data driven approachReview performance with operators and individually coach to improve key equipment and system KPIs (spot, load, swing times, dump configuration etc.
