About the Role
* Lead daily operations and achieve sales targets and KPIs
* Inspire and guide the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
* Assist with visual merchandising, stock management, and store presentation
* Manage wage costs and contribute to effective rostering
* Mentor and coach team members to support their growth and development
Key Qualifications
* Proven track record of driving sales and meeting performance targets
* Strong ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with colleagues and customers
* Ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks efficiently
* Familiarity with stock management, visual merchandising, and retail operations
