We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Payments team. The Payments Domain @ Cuscal is responsible for setting and delivering our strategic vision for real time payments. Reporting to the Head of Payments, the Product Manager’s role is to drive the strategic vision for the product and be accountable for product performance and P&L. Product Managers are the ‘voice of the client’ to internal stakeholders and ensure their needs are met and will partner closely with the product owner and squad to deliver on the product roadmap. About the Role: Design value propositions that differentiate Cuscal’s position in the market as a B2B payments provider and manage the Product performance, in alignment with the Product roadmap, strategy and budget. Ensure that there are clearly defined product requirements, SLAs aligned to market needs, pricing models and distribution channels. Manage the integration of new product development or product change into existing processes. Ensure that all products, services, and activities are compliant with all forms of regulation, legislation and/or policies. Clearly understand the relationship between the clients and Cuscal and take every opportunity to enhance the relationship with our clients. Develop, prepare, and deliver presentations or communications on products and services to clients and other interested parties to assist in the education process and marketing of Cuscal’s products. Stay up to date on industry trends and new developments in payments technology to evaluate product competitiveness and drive a competitive roadmap. About You: 5 years of Product Management experience in financial services, delivering SaaS and/or B2B products (payment services experience highly regarded) You can envision the big picture while meticulously attending to the details. You have a keen sense for outstanding products and advocate for new features using both qualitative and quantitative reasoning. You do whatever it takes to ensure the success of your product and team, with a demonstrated track record of problem solving and lateral thinking. You can transform incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into clear action plans. Strong communication skills with an ability to story tell and influence multiple stakeholders.
