Provides regional AU project management services on the Global Middle Office Modernization Program which is a multi-year project to replace key system in the middle office division, applying functional expertise to improve project results. Team & Opportunity This role provides regional project management leadership for the Global Middle Office Modernization Program-a multi-year initiative aimed at replacing critical systems within the middle office division. Leveraging deep functional expertise, the Regional Project Manager plays a key role in driving improved project outcomes and ensuring alignment with global objectives. The Regional Project Manager is responsible for overseeing project delivery within the Australian region, working in close collaboration with the Senior Project Manager. This includes managing regional internal and external stakeholders an d coordinating the execution of various program phases and activities. The role also involves ensuring effective resource management and stakeholder engagement to support successful implementation. Core Responsibilities Manages a project or workstreams within a broader project or program. Develops, implements, and monitors project plans. Contributes expertise to major project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks. Provides insight on best practices and common obstacles based on prior experiences. Ensures strategies are aligned with the overall department strategy. Communicates project status and issues regularly to stakeholders, including leaders, team members, and senior managers. Builds and maintains effective relationships. Proactively fosters communication between internal and external project stakeholders. Influences key decisions across stakeholder groups. Proactively identifies, manages, and mitigates risks and any related project issues. Communicates solutions on key issues or projects to management and stakeholders to obtain their input and buy-in as appropriate. Qualifications Minimum of three years related work experience. Two years of managing a project preferred. Financial Services or function-specific experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
