We are seeking a skilled nurse to lead our team in delivering high-quality resident care at Uniting Wontama. As a clinical leader, you will be responsible for developing and evaluating care plans tailored to the unique needs of our residents.
You will need exceptional clinical skills and take the lead in providing nursing services, fostering strong relationships with residents and their families. You will work closely with medical professionals and allied health teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
You will supervise and support our Personal Care Workers, guiding them in delivering person-centered care that meets individual goals. Your critical decision-making skills will be essential in leading the team and driving positive change.
