About the Role
Operating within the National School of Theology, this position provides high‑level administrative, project and executive support to the Heads of School. Responsibilities include coordinating projects, events and activities on the Schools’ behalf in collaboration with stakeholders, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement, and ensuring safe and sustainable outcomes.

* Provide high‑level administrative support: calendar management, correspondence and travel arrangements.
* Support strategic objectives and deliver services in a safe and sustainable manner.

* Competitive remuneration: total $112,625 – $120,977 per annum (pro‑rate), salary component $95,170 – $102,227 (pro‑rate).
