The Role
Cater Care is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support kitchen operations within an aged care facility in Ballina.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and present fresh, nutritious meals, including texture-modified foods
* Support bulk cooking operations in a structured environment
* Assist the Head Chef with daily kitchen coordination
* Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
* Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and service-ready
* Support a collaborative team environment and engage with residents
