* Requires: Proven aquaculture experience, coxswain certification, and strong leadership skills.
* Salary guide: $80,000 - $89,000 per annum.
* Location: Eyre Peninsula region, South Australia.
Your normal day will involve
* Performing routine husbandry tasks to maintain animal health and optimize aquaculture performance.
* Leading and mentoring a team of attendants and graduates to exceed production goals.
* Troubleshooting biological, operational, or staffing issues promptly to ensure continuous operations.
* Overseeing maintenance of critical equipment such as boats, forklifts, and grading tools.
* Ensuring adherence to quality standards and compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Facilitating clear communication between production and research & development teams.
* Preparing daily reports covering activities, outcomes, incidents, and risk assessments.
