ABOUT MATRIX

Due to an increased workload, Matrix Steel has created a brand new position, seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our Gladstone team. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who thrives on building strong relationships - both in person and over the phone - and is passionate about delivering quality service and supporting business growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Serve and liaise with both Trade and Retail Customers.
* Answer customer enquiries over both email and phone.
* Support the wider team with customer quotes and processing orders.
* Assist customers by helping to load their orders via forklift.
* Unload the internal deliveries via forklift/reach truck.
* Engage in regular training provided by the company to enhance skills.
* Conduct duties in a safe manner in accordance with relevant safety policies and procedures.
ABOUT YOU
* Have or are willing to obtain a forklift ticket.
* Can do attitude and willing to assist in multiple areas of the business.
* Effective problem solver who can develop solutions that meet the customers’ needs.
* Good communicator, both written and verbal.
* Enjoys working as part of a team.
* Desire to grow and develop both professionally and personally.
* Willingness to learn new things.
