* $95,000 - $110,000 Per Annum + Superannuation

Position Overview
An opportunity is available for a Nurse Lead to join our GP Practice in Wyoming, NSW in a permanent capacity. This position is responsible for guiding the nursing team, overseeing clinical operations, and ensuring patients consistently receive safe, high-quality care. You will partner with the Practice Manager to streamline workflows within the Treatment Room and foster a strong, capable clinical team.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supervise and coordinate the nursing team, promoting a positive and productive work environment
* Monitor and support the delivery of clinical services to maintain quality, safety, and efficiency
* Develop team capability through ongoing coaching, training, and performance support
* Oversee Treatment Room operations, including staffing, workflow management, and compliance with clinical standards
* Assist GPs with care planning activities such as health assessments and patient reviews
* Contribute to the operational and financial performance of the practice in collaboration with the Practice Manager

* Previous experience leading or supervising healthcare teams
* Current registration as a Nurse, with experience in general practice or acute care environments
* Strong planning and organisational abilities, with attention to detail
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-focused mindset
