The role of Business Development Manager involves driving business growth by identifying and securing project opportunities across target sectors.
Key responsibilities include building strong relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, contractors, and engineering firms, as well as representing the company in client meetings, industry events, and tenders.
Additionally, you will work with internal teams to ensure accurate technical proposals, quotations, and timely delivery of projects.
Requirements for this role include 5+ years of business development or technical sales experience within mechanical, industrial, or EPCM-related industries.
Experience or network within sectors such as pharmaceutical, F&B, utilities, or energy infrastructure is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, fabrication, installation processes, or engineering services is also essential.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required, as well as the ability to work autonomously and build a business in a new market.
