About the Client
Our Client is a leading provider of high-quality precast concrete products used across major civil construction projects throughout Australia. Their team in Torrington (Toowoomba) is expanding and they are seeking motivated individuals who are ready to start a hands-on career in the industry. No prior experience is required, as all training will be provided on site.
What you will be doing
As an Entry Level Labourer you will be responsible for the below duties:
• Assisting with setting up and stripping moulds
• Helping with concrete pours and casting
• Learning safe use of basic tools and equipment
• Cleaning and maintaining a safe working area
• Supporting the team with general labouring tasks
What you will need
To be successful in this role you will need to have the below:
• Must be 17 years or older
• Driver's licence and reliable transport
• Physically fit for labour-intensive tasks
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Commitment to attending work Monday to Friday
• Ability to pass a drug & alcohol screen
