About the Role
This is a permanent, full-time position (76 hours per fortnight) focused on operational oversight to ensure a high-quality donation experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, clinical experience, and the ability to connect with donors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight of day-to-day operations at the donor centre
* Liaising with stakeholders to achieve quality goals
* Mentoring junior staff members in leadership and clinical practices
