We're looking for a Senior Account Manager ready to step up into Account Director responsibilities, leading client success, overseeing multi-channel campaigns and end-to-end account management to drive growth for clients and the agency.

The Day-to-Day…
* Lead communications and project management (SEO, Paid Social & search & organic) for large ecommerce clients.
* Oversee multi-channel campaigns, ensuring delivery, accuracy, and excellence.
* Pull reports, analyse performance, and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
* Collaborate with internal channel teams to advise on strategy and optimisations.
* Support account growth, renewals, and long‑term client relationships.
* 4+ years of account management experience in a full-service or ecommerce-focused agency.
* Proven knowledge in SEO, Paid Social, Paid Search, and/or Organic Social (3 out of 4).
* Confident communicator with experience managing client relationships and presenting strategy.
* Analytical mindset and ability to turn data into strategic recommendations.
* Confident using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, and Meta/Facebook Ads Manager
