This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) capability, Marketing Automation, and Lifecycle Marketing. As a seasoned professional, you will develop and execute strategies that improve our database engagement, retention, and growth.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create personalized multi-channel customer journeys, leverage data insights, and drive actionable improvements. Your expertise will be essential in optimizing customer lifecycle and enhancing marketing automation processes.
Responsibilities
 * Lead internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create and execute email marketing, marketing automation, and lifecycle marketing activities.
 * Design, build, and optimize marketing automation campaigns and customer journeys using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform ecosystem.
 * Develop and implement strategies to improve marketing automation processes, enhancing efficiency and customer experience.
 * Drive the adoption of agile principles in marketing operations and campaign delivery.
 * Oversee platform governance, including user management, data integrity, data sharing, and compliance with privacy regulations.
 * Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance marketing capabilities and integrate with other business systems.
 * Analyse campaign performance and develop robust reporting frameworks to track key metrics and ROI.
Requirements
 * Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent.
 * 7+ years of demonstrated experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud email marketing and automation platform.
 * Proven track record of creating measurable customer and business outcomes through marketing automation initiatives.
 * Digital strategy and execution experience centered around driving business growth.
 * Team leadership experience and a desire to lead.
 * Experience leading CRM & MA cross-functional working group teams and managing direct reports.
 * Demonstrated ability to work through CRM challenges and marketing automation processes.
 * Ability to quickly adapt strategies based on new insights, data, or feedback, aligning efforts with organisational priorities.
 * Strong stakeholder management skills - a partnership-style approach when working with cross-functional teams.
 * Passion for travel and industry knowledge is a plus.
