Aquatics Manager – Capricorn Coast Aquatic Centre
Be the foundational leader of this state‐of‐the‐art centre. You'll build the culture, develop programs, lead safety and compliance, and set the operational standards for a brand‐new community asset.
Aquatics Manager – Emu Park Aquatics Centre (Don Ireland Swimming Complex)
Take the reins of an existing, the aquatic operation where you can refine programs, strengthen teams, and drive continued growth and community engagement.
Across both roles, we're seeking experienced aquatic leaders who take ownership of operations, prioritise safety, inspire their teams, and foster a strong, customer‐focused culture.
About the Role
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring it runs safely, efficiently, and to a high standard for both staff and patrons.
You will be responsible for driving operational and financial performance, maintaining compliance, and building a capable, engaged team. This is a hands-on leadership role where your ability to make decisions, solve problems, and lead people will directly impact the success of the facility.

What We're Looking For
* Minimum 3 years' experience in an aquatic facility
* Demonstrated leadership experience, ideally managing teams in an aquatic or leisure environment
* Strong understanding of safety, compliance, and risk management
* Solid business acumen with the ability to drive performance and growth
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Current Pool Lifeguard, First Aid, and CPR certifications.
