Our client is a specialised modular construction business who have been established for well over 10 years. They have had their head down recently, and have been focusing on local education, health & other government new builds. Thanks to their professionalism and quality, they have been receiving a large amount of repeat business. With this growth, they are now looking to appoint an experienced construction estimator. Ideally, this person would have had exposure working in a similar role for a builder and experience on construction/maintenance projects between $100k - $2m To be successful within this position you will need to have the following skill set/experience: Estimating experience with a recognisable construction company Understanding of construction contracts, design and the resultant cost implications; Proven track record of preparing tenders based on design and construct and lump sum Exposure working with estimating software - they use Cost X In return, the successful applicant will receive: $90k - $140k super (range is based off the open mind to most experience levels) A professional & energetic team environment True potential for a long career within the team The opportunity to give back to the local community in the projects you and the team deliver.
