Remote Revenue Manager APAC (m/f/d) at RoomPriceGenie

Founded in 2017, RoomPriceGenie helps hoteliers achieve optimal pricing with a powerful solution that analyzes internal data and market trends to recommend pricing strategies. We serve customers worldwide and are expanding our APAC-focused revenue management team. We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds.

Your Role

As a Revenue Manager at RoomPriceGenie, you’ll be the trusted advisor to our clients in the APAC region, helping them optimize their revenue management strategies and fully leverage our platform. Your expertise will drive customer success, ensuring clients meet and exceed their goals, while collaborating with our product team to shape the future of our system. Your insights will directly impact our growth and client engagement.

Responsibilities include:

- Conduct performance review sessions, identify areas for improvement, and propose upselling opportunities to help clients achieve business goals.
- Deliver tailored training sessions (onboarding, refreshers, or addressing knowledge gaps).
- Proactively monitor account health, identify trends, address issues before they escalate, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key APAC clients, guiding revenue management strategies and maximizing success with our system.
- Work with the Product team to relay customer feedback to refine the platform.

Your Profile

- C2-level English proficiency with excellent communication skills.
- Based in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, or in a similar timezone.
- Problem solver with a passion for tech, numbers, and innovation.
- Prior experience as a Revenue Manager in the hotel industry.
- Ideally holds a degree in business or hospitality.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, assess customer needs, and offer actionable recommendations.
- Exceptional communication skills to educate clients on strategies, system functionalities, and best practices.
- Calm under pressure with professionalism in handling urgent or challenging client inquiries.
- Customer-focused mindset with an understanding of hospitality business challenges and goals.

- Additional languages are a plus.
