Assistant Store Manager

As Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, motivating your team to meet sales targets, and championing community engagement through sporting partnerships.

* **Customer Service Excellence**: Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service that exceeds expectations.
* **Team Motivation**: Inspire and motivate your team to consistently meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and sales targets.
* **Performance Monitoring**: Monitor team performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
* **Store Operations**: Collaborate with the Store Manager to manage rosters and control wage spend. Ensure high standards in store presentation and stock management.

**Requirements:**

* Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager or senior casual Sales Assistant.
* Results-driven mindset and strong leadership skills.
* Proven success in meeting KPIs and sales targets.
* Solid understanding of stock control and visual merchandising best practices.
