About The Role
ECCO Chermside is seeking a dedicated Sales Associate to provide a premium shopping experience for our customers. The role involves selling shoes that essentially sell themselves, while maintaining a fast‑paced, customer‑focused retail environment.
Tasks & Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a premium fast‑paced environment, uphold the quality of our brand, and achieve sales of shoes and related products.
* Align with the Visual Merchandising plan and Mystery Shopper standards.
* Process customer orders, returns and maintain inventory according to standards.
* Perform general housekeeping and store tidiness.
Skills & Experience
* Previous retail sales or similar experience with persuasive communication skills.
* Demonstrated success in achieving KPIs and sales targets.
* Commitment and professionalism to providing exceptional customer service as an ECCO brand ambassador.
* Team player and natural people‑person who thrives on building relationships.
* Growth mindset in an exciting fast‑paced work environment.
* Passion for product knowledge and training with a willingness to learn.
