Aurec Pty Ltd are searching for an experienced Engineering Manager.
About the role:
- You are a key individual of the Leadership team, as the Engineering Manager.
- You will drive and lead a team of permanent and casual contractors in the management, design, project delivery and maintenance of assets.
- The budget will be divided between multiple types of projects including current equipment installations, energy efficiency, continuous improvement and maintenance upgrades.
- Lead a maintenance and project teams.
- Ensure continued strong adherence to required guidelines and regulations
- Expenditure reporting, analysis and annual budgeting.
- Hands-on project management and preventative maintenance strategy implementation.
- Effectively manage internal and external stakeholders,
- Foster an environment of psychological safety, inclusivity, and diversity of thought.
- Engage globally with group company entities to leverage optimal engineering solutions to deliver manufacturing and commercially advantageous outcomes.
Skills and Experience required:
- Strong coaching, reporting and communication skills
- Minimum of 2 years experience
**Salary**: $65,000 - $85,000 plus superannuation
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
