The successful candidate will be responsible for working alongside the Retail Sales Manager to meet sales targets, manage the yard, and create a positive and engaged team culture to ensure we are providing an exceptional customer experience.
How you will make an impact:
Achieve monthly used vehicle sales targets and manage daily sales performance and gross.
Manage used vehicle stock, including ageing stock, reconditioning and presentation.
Ensure all used vehicles are advertised and priced competitively to market.
Manage all customer enquiries, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.
Support dealership leadership while building strong customer relationships.
Assist the Sales Manager in day to day operational requirements of the department
What we're looking for:
Previous experience as a Sales Consultant in the automotive industry
Current Manual Driver's License
Current Yard Manager's License
Ability to build rapport with a diverse client base
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Proficient computer skills
