The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced design team lead with expertise in NBN On Demand projects.
This role involves bringing the design function in-house, providing critical coordination with design partners and reporting directly to the Operations Support Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage all design aspects, ensuring quality standards, timelines, and efficient project delivery.
* Coordinate closely with external design partners to achieve seamless project integration.
* Liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to convey project progress and address challenges.
* Proactively manage resources to ensure efficient and timely project delivery.
* Continuously improve design processes to deliver successful projects.
About You:
* Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of NBN architecture and design requirements.
* Proficiency in using MapInfo, other design software, and office tools.
* Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
* Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to manage complex tasks and projects independently.
