Our Client is a behavioural optometry practice committed to delivering exceptional customer service and personalised care. We cater to a wide range of patients, particularly children and families, using state-of-the-art equipment and high-quality optical products to ensure optimal vision outcomes
About the Role

What You’ll Do:
- Use your optics expertise to help patients find and fit the ideal lenses and frames for their needs and style
- Deliver friendly, solution-focused service that exceeds expectations
- Stay up-to-date with the latest eyewear trends, products, and accessories
- Manage daily tasks including patient bookings, billing, ordering, and collections
- Practice is small with only 1 optom and 2 other team members
- Maintain a clean, professional and welcoming practice environment
- Work alternate half-day Saturdays (no late nights!)
What You’ll Bring:

- Deliver exceptional dispensing and fashion expertise, ensuring outstanding patient interactions.
