Westpoint Autos is searching for a sharp, organised and forward‐thinking Vehicle Stock Controller / Team Leader to take ownership of our inventory operations and lead our stock control function across multiple sites.

Now, we're on the hunt for a switched-on Vehicle Stock / Inventory Controller to keep our sales floors moving and our customers smiling.
What You'll Be Doing
Your role includes both hands‐on inventory management and supervising Stock Controllers at other locations, ensuring consistency, accuracy and efficiency across all dealerships.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leadership & Coordination
* Leading and supporting Stock Controllers across multiple Westpoint Autos sites
* Ensuring stock processes, reporting and accuracy are consistent group-wide
* Providing guidance, training and escalation support for site Stock Controllers
* Acting as the central coordination point between dealership teams and manufacturers
Inventory Management
* Managing vehicle inventory, stock levels and brand mix
* Coordinating site-to-site vehicle allocations and transfers
* Sourcing vehicles to meet sales targets and customer demand
* Producing clear and accurate reporting and insights for Sales Managers
Operations & Delivery
* Liaising with manufacturers, dealership teams, PDI and internal departments
* Overseeing vehicle arrivals and coordinating pre-delivery and sales handovers

* Proven experience in vehicle stock or inventory control (dealership experience essential)
* Experience overseeing or coordinating others
* Confidence managing multiple brands and locations
