Front of store manager in busy takeaway/restaurant catering for valued customers per day. Duties include cooking to order, serving, food preparation, cleaning, supervising & delegating to junior staff, but mostly ensuring smooth customer service in a clean, friendly environment. Hours are noon to 8.30/9 pm and includes rotational weekend work.
