**The Role**
We are looking for an enthusiastic Reception & Administration Officer to join our team. If you have a positive attitude, can prioritise your workload, have good organisational skills and you are a team player, then this is the role for you.
The Reception & Administration Officer is responsible for supporting the administrative and operational tasks and processes of the Connects Day Service teams, across all sites and services in the Casey and Pakenham area. This position will work collaboratively with the Connects team, at each of our sites, to ensure service documentation is up to date and aligns with organisation policies and procedures and NDIS requirements. You will also oversee the front reception area, be the first point of contact for visitors, answer and direct phone calls and provide strong customer service both internally and externally.

**Key Selection Criteria**
**Essential**:
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Competent administration and reception skills for all general administration tasks.
- Organisational skills and ability to build rapport with Coordinators and Managers, people with a disability, and other key stakeholders.
- Good organisational and time management skills and ability to juggle competing priorities.
- A demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- IT skills in the use of the MS Office Suite especially Excel/Databases.
- Ability to understand and utilise media and marketing promotional strategies and tools.
- Demonstrate business integrity.
- Solid financial acumen with attention to detail.
**Desirable**:
- Experience in a health, disability, aged care or community setting is advantageous
- Knowledge of the NDIS price guide and expertise in maximising service delivery options based on funding allocated to support area.
- Hold a current drivers licence as you may be required to work across a number of sites.
