We are looking for STORE MANAGER to join our team at PERTH DFO.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all aspects of daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure smooth and efficient running of the store.
* Implement, uphold, and monitor adherence to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
* Lead, coach, and develop the store team to deliver the Neverland customer experience, creating a positive, high-performing, and collaborative work environment.
* Drive sales performance and achieve store budgets through exceptional customer service, effective task delegation, and strong time management.
* Ensure all brand directives, visual merchandising standards, and promotional activities are executed to a high standard and within required timeframes.
* Complete all required weekly and ad hoc reporting, maintaining consistent and proactive communication with your Area Manager.
* Take full ownership of store performance, holding yourself and your team accountable for delivering exceptional results in sales, service, and presentation.
About You
* Passionate about streetwear, fashion, and creating memorable customer experiences.
* Demonstrated leadership skills with previous experience in a retail management role.
* Strong focus on customer service and driving team performance to achieve sales and KPI targets.
* Commercially minded with the ability to manage operational priorities while motivating your team.
* Visual merchandising experience and an eye for detail to ensure brand presentation excellence.
