Based at our Mildura Base Public Hospital site, a permanent full-time opportunity exists for a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our friendly and collaborative team. Reporting to the Chief Technologist, you will be responsible for performing all aspects of Nuclear Medicine, including radiopharmaceutical preparation and Quality Control procedures to the highest standard.
As the area\'s main provider of radiology services at both Mildura Base Public Hospital and our Healthscope court clinic rooms, you will be exposed to a multitude of unique and interesting cases, including Cardiac Imaging. This position could be suited to a new graduate or a more established Nuclear Medicine Technologist.

Responsibilities
- Performing all aspects of Nuclear Medicine including radiopharmaceutical preparation and Quality Control procedures to the highest standard
- Consistently delivering high levels of patient care and service
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers
- Promoting and maintaining the highest quality and safety standards
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to perform high quality Nuclear Medicine examinations independently
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of health professionals and corporate staff
- Tertiary qualification in Nuclear Medicine
- Applicants must be AHPRA Registered and hold a VIC radiation license
