We are in need of casual Direct Support Workers to assist with providing direct support for our clients in the Redcliffe and surrounding areas.
As a Direct Support Worker, you will be an integral part of the lives of people of all ages and backgrounds.
You will assist with:
Providing support on matters of personal care, including showering, toileting, dressing and more
Administering medications
Transferring individuals using hoists and slide sheets, and general assistance with mobility
Domestic duties including cleaning, laundry or meal preparation.
Transporting clients to and from the Day Centre
Community engagement, attending doctors' appointments, grocery shopping or other social or recreational activities of their choice.

Before you commence, you will need:
A Blue Card (Working with Children Card)
An NDIS Worker Screening Check (Working with Individuals with Disabilities, formerly a Yellow Card)
A valid First Aid and CPR Certificate
A Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle
Commitment to infection prevention and control measures including the use of PPE as directed
An iPhone with an iOS 13.0 or up operating system, or Android 5.0 or up operating system
CPL are happy to assist in obtaining these necessary checks if you are successful.
Should you be successful training will be provided from the 26th - 29th of May.
