Job Title: Business Support Professional
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Business Support Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Xero.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the business owner with all administrative tasks such as payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and data entry
* Manage financial transactions and ensure accurate records are maintained
* Perform general bookkeeping duties in Excel and other computer systems
* Maintain company records, systems, and processes to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
* Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Manual driver's license
* Computer literacy and typing skills
* Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
