You will be working alongside a team of experienced, vibrant, qualified and capable staff, all with solid real estate experience.

The Role:
Portfolio located in Brighton
Tenant and landlord liaison
Preparing detailed asset plans, budgets and financial reports
Arrears
VCAT representation
Business development
1 in 3 Saturdays with time in lieu
Lease renewal and rent reviews
Maintenance requests
New lease agreements
Routine inspections
Skills/Qualifications:
Passionate about a long-term career in the property management sector
Immaculately presented and confident character
4 + years' experience Assisting/Managing a residential portfolio
Have the proven ability managing a residential portfolio
Up to date Agent Rep & Valid driver's license
