Active Mobility is seeking a proactive and friendly Sales and Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Warana on the Sunshine Coast, QLD. This dynamic role blends showroom sales, customer service, and warehouse/logistics support—ideal for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in helping customers find the solutions they need.
About the Role
As a Sales and Logistics Coordinator, you'll support both customer-facing operations and back‑of‑house logistics, ensuring a smooth and positive experience across the entire customer journey.
Showroom Sales
* Greet customers and identify their requirements
* Demonstrate products clearly and confidently
* Prepare quotes and process sales orders
* Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming showroom environment
* Product sales will include disability, aged and home care equipment, mobility scooters, walkers and patient lifting equipment.
Customer Service
* Provide friendly, solution-focused support in person, by phone, and via email
* Assist with product enquiries and basic after‑sales support
* Enter sales orders and follow up purchase orders
Logistics & Warehouse Functions
* Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders with accuracy
* Receive deliveries and complete basic inventory tasks
* Keep the warehouse tidy and well organised
* Operate warehouse equipment including electric forklift (training provided if needed)
* Coordinate deliveries of equipment
What We're Looking For
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* A positive, proactive, and solutions‑focused approach
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
* Willingness to learn product features and mobility solutions
* Competent computer literacy (email, CRM, EMS)
* Physically capable of performing manual handling tasks
* Ability to lift and handle items up to 25kg as part of manual handling duties
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position
* Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience is preferred for this role
