**About the organisation**
Our client is a Community Services organisation that assists people and communities by offering pathways to employment, whilst helping individuals adjust to changing employment conditions. Through state government funded employment services, vocational education and training, this not-for-profit organisation works with the long term unemployed, and tailors training and support to individual needs and local circumstances.
**About the opportunity**
Reporting to the Area Manager, this position will ensure that the very highest quality of Disability Employment Service is delivered to a diverse range of clients in 2 ESAs. In addition to managing multiple sites and staff across the regions - you will be expected to maintain a positive workplace culture, drive and manage performance of multiple sites and a regionally dispersed team.
The base salary is very competitive and includes tax incentives through salary packaging, and a fully maintained or vehicle allowance.
People with a 'get up and go' attitude along with a proven track record of hitting performance and outcome driven targets will do very well in this role and are encouraged to apply.
**To be successful you should have**
- Current or previous Employment Services experience, preferably DES (highly desirable) but will also consider experience in Jobactive, Workforce Australia, TTW, ParentsNext or similar;
- Previous experience managing teams with proven ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team to reach performance goals;
- A results and outcomes focused approach with proven success in meeting revenue targets, KPIs, and increased levels of performance;
- Local labour market knowledge and well developed local networks;
- Ability to develop and maintain long-term working relationships with a range of stakeholders;
- A demonstrated ability to meet and exceed challenging performance targets and KPIs;
- Able to use initiative, work autonomously and communicate effectively across all levels;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- A current Drivers Licence and the ability to travel to dispersed sites as necessary; and
- The ability to pass a Federal Police Check and obtain a Working with Children Check.
