Working in an evolving digital claims environment, you'll become the technical go-to person for complex financial assessments, strategy and quality assurance across both group and retail life insurance claims.

Responsibilities
* Provide technical guidance and support on complex, high-value claims
* Review and authorise financial calculations across all benefit types
* Assist with coaching, mentoring and uplifting technical capability within the team
* Identify continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to training opportunities across claims operations
Qualifications
* Extensive life insurance claims assessment experience with a high DA (ideally across group & retail life insurance)
* Demonstrated experience working on complex financials including self‐employed, business owners and trusts
* Highly developed claims review and coaching/mentoring experience
