**Job Description**:
We currently have a Property Manager role based on site with a key client that will work across a mixed portfolio, including commercial and industrial assets.
As an integral member of our successful team, you will be accountable for:
- Managing the financial performance of the assets and provide recommendations to the clients
- Implementing and maintain orderly lease admin procedures
- Regular liaison with owners and tenants, ensuring expectations are being achieved
- Building strong rapport with other Property Managers and Facilities Managers
- Controlling the collection and reconciliation of funds
**Qualifications**:
We are highly interested in considering you if you possess:
- Professional experience within the property management discipline
- Strong working knowledge of building services and real estate market activities, developments and trends to assess possible implications on tenancy, financial and physical aspects
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to remain focused on specific tasks
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to deal with several matters and work to strict deadlines
- Ability to communicate at all levels and build effective and professional relationships with clients and colleagues
- Proactive and self-motivated - desire to add value to the team
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Current and valid QLD Certificate of Registration
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Proven ability working within dynamic task environment using prioritising and organisational skills, and to think clearly under pressure
- Experience using MRI Highly
- Excellent written communication skills
- Tertiary qualifications in a property discipline
- Strong accounting and numeracy skills
This role is ideally suited to a self-motivated, pro-active individual who is able to work well on their own as well as having a desire to collaborate and add value to the wider REMS team.
