The Role
As the Housing Coordinator, you'll be responsible for coordinating all aspects of housing and facility management, ensuring compliance, safety, and excellent service delivery.
You'll manage housing leases, travel arrangements, contractor relationships, and reporting across the region, while maintaining open communication with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
Providing direct support to the General Manager, Site Managers, and operational leaders.
Managing and optimising housing, facilities, and administrative processes, policies, and budgets.
Managing flights and accommodation.
Overseeing maintenance schedules to ensure compliance and minimal disruption to operations.
Negotiating contracts and managing providers for housing, charter travel, and leasing.
Delivering operational training and streamlining reporting processes for administration teams.
Conducting audits, inspections, and maintaining accurate records of residential leases.
Identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives to drive efficiency and value.
Collaborating cross-functionally to support demobilisations, onboarding, and ongoing site operations.

Qualifications and Experience
Solid experience in office or facilities administration (housing or mining sector preferred).
Certificate III in Business Administration (desirable).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
Strong numerical and reconciliation skills.
Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.
Real Estate Licence and/or advanced experience in property or lease coordination (highly regarded).
Ability to work autonomously and across multiple locations (Emerald, Blackwater, Moranbah).
