Embroidery is a key part of our operation, and we are looking for a reliable and team-oriented Embroidery Machinist to join our high-energy production team. Previous embroidery experience is preferred; however, full training will be provided for the right candidate.
About the Role
* Operating industrial embroidery machines
* Moderate physical capability required for operating industrial embroidery machines including standing for extended periods and handling equipment
* Preparing garments for embroidery, including hooping and setup
* Monitoring quality and ensuring accuracy against customer specifications
* Assisting with general production tasks as required
* Working collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment
What We're Looking For
* Previous embroidery or machinist experience (preferred but not essential)
* Strong attention to detail and high standards of workmanship
* A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
* Basic computer skills (experience with Wilcom software advantageous but not essential)
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, small team environment
* A strong focus on quality, teamwork, and customer satisfaction
* Australian citizenship required for this position
