About the Role:
We have full time positions available in Hobart for experienced Team Leaders, Travel Advisors, Trainee Travel Advisors & Cruise Specialists. We offer an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong team culture.
You will be required to consult with clients, help to put together amazing holidays for them, and through great customer service, build strong client relationships.
You will need to be able to demonstrate exceptional solutions focused travel advice and high levels of customer service, with a 'can do' attitude.
You Should:

· Regularly exceed sales targets and challenge yourself to always grow and learn.
· Have a high attention to detail.

You will need, but not essential for trainees:
· Sound industry knowledge, product and destination knowledge, and personal travel experience.
· A solid knowledge of GDS (Sabre preferred) and wholesaler booking systems.
· Proven customer service skills.
· Proven sales skills
· Details of your previous travels
