In this role you'll be providing person-centred nursing care in a collaborative team to support clients' health, independence, and recovery.
* Delivering evidence-based clinical care and assessment
* Supporting care planning and coordination with clients/families
* Participating in quality, safety and discharge processes
* Maintaining accurate documentation and handover practices
* Engaging in ongoing professional development and training

Essential Criteria:
* Registration: Current Registered Nurse division 1 Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
* Accredited College of Nursing Immunisation Certificate or willing to attain same
* Current unrestricted NSW Drivers Licence and willingness to use for work purposes

1. Relevant clinical experience in speciality.
2. Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work.
3. Effective interpersonal skills showing initiative and leadership.
4. Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
