Accounts Officer – Full-Time | Western Suburbs, VIC (Tottenham) - Immediate Start is Available.

We are a growing business located in Melbourne's western suburbs, specialising in wharf cartage, container handling, road freight, and warehousing and distribution services. As part of our continued growth, we're looking to bring an Accounts Officer on board to support our finance team.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Tottenham 3012 Victoria, ideal for someone looking to build their experience in accounting and grow with the business in a supportive and hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Process driver run sheets in accordance with internal procedures
* Assist with the preparation of subcontractor payments
* Support accounts payable processing
* Debtor management and follow up.
* Provide general assistance to the Finance Manager
* Perform other administrative and finance-related tasks as needed
About You
* Strong attention to detail
* Confident working with numbers and data
* Eager to learn and take initiative
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Formal accounting qualifications or training are a plus
* Prior experience with Xero is advantageous (training will be provided)
