What you’ll be doing Reporting to the New Business Sales Director, this role plays a critical part in driving the top of the sales funnel by converting warm marketing leads and building relationships with defined target prospects. The Business Development Representative (BDR) will work closely with both the Sales and Marketing teams to qualify and progress leads into high-quality sales opportunities, supporting the overall go-to-market strategy. Engage with warm inbound and marketing-generated leads to qualify interest and convert them into sales-qualified opportunities. Work with a defined list of target prospects, building and nurturing relationships over an extended period to generate meetings and pipeline growth. Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure effective lead management, feedback loops, and campaign alignment. Play a key role in the promotion, engagement, and follow-up of marketing and industry events to drive attendance and post-event conversions. Maintain accurate and timely updates of all activities and prospect interactions within the CRM. Follow up diligently and strategically to progress prospects through the early stages of the sales cycle. Support ongoing lead nurturing campaigns and outbound communication efforts to keep Reapit top of mind with potential clients. Who we're looking for At Reapit, we prioritise hiring individuals who share our values and possess the right attitudes and behaviours for success. Whilst some of the listed requirements may be important, don’t worry if you don’t meet all of them, we’d still like to hear from you. 2 years of experience in a sales or lead generation role. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Confident and professional phone presence. Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. Comfortable using CRM tools and sales engagement platforms. Highly organized and able to manage multiple outreach efforts simultaneously. What your impact and success looks like We expect your success and impact in the early stages of your career with us to look something like this: Within 1 month: Complete onboarding and product training to become confident in the Reapit suite and value proposition. Shadow experienced Account Executives and participated in discovery calls and product demonstrations. Begin prospecting and generating qualified leads in your assigned territory. Be able to effectively talk to the USP and Key features of one Reapit Product Within 3 months: Have generated 100 new opportunities Be able to effectively talk to the USP and Key features of all Reapit Products Within 6 months: Consistently meet monthly targets and contribute to team quota. Lead new prospecting multi-touch lead initiatives Work closely with marketing and Sales Director to maximise outbound lead generation. Don't tick all the boxes?
