Welcome to Eden Academy Junction Village! We're a proud child-safe organisation where children's safety, wellbeing, and empowerment are at the heart of everything we do. Open from 7:00am to 6:30pm, our centre is a warm and welcoming space designed for learning through play. With natural play areas, open-plan rooms filled with beautiful natural light, and an abundance of age-appropriate resources, every day is an adventure. Our indoor and outdoor spaces provide the perfect environment for 130 children to explore, discover, grow, and thrive all while having plenty of fun along the way.
In Your Role As a Educator
* You will nurture little learners through playful learning and meaningful connection
* Create engaging environments that spark curiosity and wonder
* Show up with kindness, creativity, and a can-do spirit every day
* Communicate with confidence and build lasting bonds with families
* Bring positive energy and a team-first attitude to every room
What You'll Bring
* A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-recognised equivalent)
* A current Working with Children Check
* Full Australian working rights
* A warm, professional presence and a genuine passion for early learning
* Confidence connecting with children, families, and the community
* Available to work Monday to Friday across a range of shift patterns, with flexibility to be on call at short notice to cover unexpected leave
* Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
