In this busy role you will need to think on your feet and confidently handle phones, patients and doctor requests simultaneously. Your responsibilities will include: Scheduling and confirming patient appointments Managing patient payments, invoicing, inpatient hospital billings Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, including couriers Daily banking Ordering office supplies Health fund checks Theatre lists and booking surgeries Surgical Billings Utilising Eclaims Software To be successful in this position you will have previous experience working in a surgical setting. You will be enthusiastic with a high standard of customer service care. You will thrive in a faced paced environment. You will have excellent communication skills and a high attention to detail.
